The NOP (National Organic Program) is the regulation on organic farming in force in the United States and issued dall'USDA (Department of State for Agriculture) on 22 October 2002.
This regulation requires that all ingredients that constitute the brand products are certified organic U.S. NOP. Therefore, this certification is compulsory for both companies to directly export their product in the United States for companies that provide raw materials intended for a processed product for export to USA.
The National Organic Program (NOP) develops, implements, and administers national production, handling, and labeling standards for organic agricultural products.
