02. Bulk Inquiries & Quotations
Quotations provided through our direct inquiry system are valid for 15 days, reflecting the volatility of the organic citrus market. Availability is confirmed only upon formal purchase order (PO) acceptance.
03. Intellectual Property
The "Bioassoberg" brand, its molecular data interface, and all technical dossiers are the exclusive property of the consortium. Unauthorized reproduction of technical sheets for third-party commercial use is strictly prohibited.
04. Logistics & Liability
Bioassoberg ensures the integrity of the product until the point of transfer to the carrier. Our storage and packaging protocols follow certified ISO standards to prevent thermal shock and molecular degradation.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from commercial transactions with Bioassoberg will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Reggio Calabria.
